Advanced Program

The Advance Certificate Program is intended to increase the student's level of expertise as an artist. You will learn intermediate techniques, hands on instruction, and how to develop your freelance career to ensure your immediate goals are within reach.

Our Advance Certificate Program is taught privately (one-on-one). The course outline is completely personalized and the timetable is tailored to your schedule.

Schedule

6 Classes / 8 Hour Sessions

Vancouver-area students: The program is taught once or twice a week until completion.

Other students, Vancouver location: Contact VMMA for more information.

Registration

Complete the application form. We will then email you enrollment forms, the course outline, prices, deposit information, registration deadlines, and further information regarding enrollment.

Prerequisites

Beginner's Certificate required: Student must have completed a beginner's program from VMMA or another makeup school.

Upon Completion

Graduating students will be issued a Certificate of Completion in Makeup Artistry (Advanced)

Supplies

You will receive an Advanced Makeup Kit (MAC) and a Professional Makeup Brush Set from VMMA (included in your program fee). Student must bring a model of their choice to each class. If you cannot find someone to apply makeup on, please let your instructor know as soon as possible before starting your program. You will also need to bring your existing makeup kit, a 3-ring binder with plastic sheets, and a pen to each class to take notes. Your instructor will send you a short list of additional supplies you may have to purchase (Q-Tips, tissues, etc.)

We accept money orders and all major credit cards.

Registration Deadlines

Enrollment forms and the 50% deposit must be received by the registration deadline in order to hold your spot.
